I find it difficult to put into words the value and exponential growth that has occurred throughout my experience with Kayland. It is truly remarkable the difference I can see in myself since starting to work with her. She has a way of making you lean into the discomfort by reflecting, asking yourself tough questions, getting you to do the work so that you can grow. Working with her has helped me prioritize myself because in doing so, it has helped me be better in all areas that I wanted to excel in.
