We know it can be difficult starting your self care journey and we’re here to support you with the best resources. We offer an array of services including professional development, small-group coaching, and 1:1 coaching. If you are interested but not sure where to start, let’s have a 30-minute session to determine which route works best for you.
Our Wellness Sessions are intentionally curated to empower educators by providing them with the skills they need to center their wellness. We cover a number of topics including Improving Teacher Retention through Prioritizing Educators, Boundary Setting for Educators, Navigating Teacher Burnout, Hustle Culture, Self-Care Strategies, and more.
Our goal is to provide participants with the knowledge they need to help them improve their personal practices so that they are able to build a healthy relationship with themselves which will in turn impact how they show up in the classroom.
As an educator, choosing yourself consistently is not always easy. This 3 session, 1:1 coaching package will start off as a problem-solving session that will help you zero in on the issues you have with implementing self-care and boundaries in the workplace. We will work together to create your own personal toolkit which will help you to show up authentically with solid boundaries and self-care routines. Once your action plan is created, I will support you by providing you with additional problem solving and accountability that will help catapult your journey to peace.
